Empowering 11 year olds and older to gain resilience, self-esteem and remain calm through Mindfulness and yoga.

Through the yoga poses the body becomes strong and flexible which is important for bone destiny of the growing child. We learn about our bodies, emotions and mind through Mindful activities and games. During relaxation and breathing techniques we learn to be calm and self soothe.  Through all this I hope that your young adult can appreciate their bodies and minds in a fun relaxed setting.
