Children’s yoga classes 4-10 year olds My classes will  empower your child  to gain resilience, self-esteem and remain calm.

During the session we make our bodies strong and flexible through yoga poses delivered by stories and music. I have activities and games to teach about the body, emotions and being Mindful. Through relaxation and breathing techniques we learn to calm and soothe themselves. Through all this I hope that your child can appreciate their bodies and minds in a fun relaxed setting
